1. The index
The Daybook publishes an independent record of how visible hotels are to AI assistants. Scores are produced by the published methodology and nothing else. No property can buy a position, an alias, a mention, or a review of its score. Subscribing changes what a hotel can see and do in the console — never where it stands in the index.
2. No commission, ever
Referrals from The Daybook go direct to the hotel, free. We do not take a commission, a booking fee, or a percentage of any stay, now or in the future.
3. Claims and verification
Only an authorised representative of a property may claim its record. Verification is by email-domain match against the property's published website, or by editorial review. A claim found to be filed by anyone else is declined and the record is unlinked.
4. Trials and subscriptions
Trials and paid plans are self-serve and month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are per property, per month, as published on the subscriptions page.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the index at volume, attempt to manipulate the prompt set or match process, or misrepresent your standing in the index. Scores quoted publicly must carry their edition date.
