What we hold
Account details (name, email), claim and verification records, subscription standing, and the published property records themselves. The index's scores, prompts and run evidence are about properties, not people.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising trackers, or share claimant details with other hotels. Waitlist addresses are used only to announce the edition you asked about.
Your record
You may correct your property record from the console at any time, and request removal of your account by writing to the editors. Scores already published in an edition remain part of that edition's permanent record, with their dates.
